As well as a long list of cocktails, this fashionable, bar also serves food throughout the day. Starting with breakfast, the menu evolves to incorporate lunch and dinner offerings including traditional Mediterranean tapas, Lebanese mezze, burgers, sandwiches and salads.

  Rasoi by Vineet

  As the first fine dining Indian restaurant in Geneva, Rasoi by Vineet offers a delectable one-Michelin starred journey into the world of contemporary Indian cuisine. Created by renowned chef Vineet Bhatia, Rasoi by Vineet is a sister to Rasoi in London, Bhatia’s first and most famous restaurant. Inspired by traditional Indian cookery, Bhatia uses his imagination to blend flavours and textures in a uniquely modern way. To complement the innovative cuisine, we’ve provided an equally imaginative backdrop. Offering a modern interpretation of traditional Indian style, the décor uses vibrant reds and sleek blacks to create a dramatic interior. A large tandoor oven finished in sleek granite provides the stunning centrepiece to the room.

  Café Calla

  Under the experienced eye of Chef Nasser Jeffane, Café Calla offers a mix of modern Swiss/French and health-conscious cuisine, centered around seasonal and locally-sourced produce. Alongside this innovative selection of organic-based recipes, guests will also enjoy an extensive choice of beverages including mocktails, organic cocktails and a variety of wines from the Geneva region. With its relaxing yet elegant atmosphere on the banks of the River Rhône, Café Calla features a 120-seat dining room, a shaded Parisian-style terrace and an exclusive 10-seat Chef’s Table, all complemented by a walk-in 1500-bottle wine cellar. Proposing only the freshest home-made recipes and locally sourced meat and fish, Chef Jeffane has designed a range of dining options including an extensive a la carte menu. Created especially for the needs of our lunch business guests, the restaurant also features a “CHF 55 lunch in 55 minutes” three-course menu. In the evening, a cheese glass dome will be available in the wine cellar, while at weekends guests can enjoy live cooking stands and a seasonal buffet for Sunday Brunch. Having worked alongside with renowned chef Thierry Marx, Chef Nasser Jeffane has worked at various Michelin-starred restaurants and hotels, including Le Pré Catelan and Hotel Lutetia in Paris. In addition, he worked as a Sous-Chef at Michelin-starred restaurant Sur Mesure at Mandarin Oriental, Paris for the past two years before joining Mandarin Oriental, Geneva.
